What does compliance training software do?

How do certificate expiry and renewal reminders work?
You set how long a certificate is valid for each course. MyPass issues the certificate on completion, records the expiry date, and sends reminders before it lapses. The Compliance Hub shows expiration alerts, so you can see who needs to renew before the date passes.
Can we show an auditor who completed what and when?
Yes. Dynamic Reports filter completions and certificates by program, team, person or date, and export to Excel. The Compliance Hub gives the summary view by program. This post shows how teams use audit reports in MyPass.
Can we track in-person safety training as well?
Yes. Schedule instructor-led sessions in MyPass and have attendees check in with a QR code at the session. Attendance is recorded against each person, next to their online courses. Virtual sessions on Zoom or Microsoft Teams record attendance too.
How much does compliance training software cost with MyPass?
