Kprise is a software company in Bethesda, Maryland. We have built learning and certification platforms since 2010. MyPass LMS is where that work lives today: developed, hosted and supported by one team, for organizations in 11 countries.
We are not a reseller and not a startup. The customer who has been with us longest has run its certification program on MyPass since 2016, and the platform is open-core, so nobody who joins us is locked in.

What buyers ask about Kprise
Is Kprise big enough to rely on?
Kprise has been building training and certification software since 2010, and MyPass has run live programs continuously for customers for ten years. The platform is open-core: if you ever wanted to leave, you could export your data or run the free Community Edition on your own servers. You are not locked in.
Who will I actually deal with?
The people who build and run MyPass. There is no sales development team and no outsourced support desk between you and them. Trials, implementation questions and support all go to the same small team in Maryland.
Where is my data hosted?
On AWS infrastructure in the United States. The infrastructure is FedRAMP-authorized; MyPass itself is not FedRAMP-authorized, and we say so plainly. Private Hosting and Enterprise plans run in a dedicated environment on your own domain.
What happens after I sign up?
A 15-day hosted trial starts the day you sign up and runs the full platform. If you continue, we help you move your content and learners. For associations connecting an AMS, most programs go live in two to six weeks.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes. Every hosted plan and its capacity is on the pricing page: $79/month billed annually or $99 month-to-month for Shared Hosting, $249 or $319 for Private Hosting, and Enterprise by contract. Registered learners are unlimited on every plan.
Security and infrastructure
MyPass runs on AWS infrastructure in the United States. The infrastructure is FedRAMP-authorized; MyPass itself is not FedRAMP-authorized, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. Private Hosting and Enterprise customers get a dedicated environment on their own domain with their own SSL certificate.
