Grade written work in one place, then let certificates issue themselves
Essay and long-answer questions are graded by instructors inside MyPass, so scores sit with the rest of the student's record instead of in an inbox. When a student completes the program, the certificate is issued automatically. For credentials that must be renewed, MyPass sends expiry and recertification reminders.

Live classes, attendance and sign-in, without another tool
Schedule instructor-led classes in a classroom or on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and attendance is recorded against each student. In the room, students check in by scanning a QR code. Everyone signs in with Google Workspace, Azure AD or any SAML 2.0 provider, so there is no new password to reset.

Can MyPass LMS run proctored certification exams?
Yes. Build exams from question banks and pools, set a time limit, and turn on webcam proctoring for high-stakes tests. Instructors review the proctored session, and essay questions are graded inside the same exam. When a student passes the program, MyPass issues the certificate automatically.
Can students sign in with their Google or Microsoft school account?
Yes. MyPass supports single sign-on with Google Workspace and Azure AD, as well as Okta and any SAML 2.0 or OAuth 2.0 identity provider. Students and staff use the account they already have, so there is no separate password to create or reset.
Does MyPass connect to our student information system?
MyPass does not ship a ready-made connector for student information systems. The REST API and webhooks, included on every plan, can send enrollments and completions in both directions, and our team builds custom connectors, which typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Many institutes start by enrolling cohorts directly in MyPass.
Can we bring the courses we already have?
Yes. Upload SCORM packages from any authoring tool, add videos and documents, or use the AI course builder to turn a PDF, slide deck or video into a draft course with quizzes. The Translation Tool can then produce versions in other languages for your learners.
How much does an LMS for a training institute cost?
MyPass plans are flat monthly prices with unlimited registered users. Shared Hosting is $99 a month, or $79 billed annually, for up to 50 simultaneous logins. Private Hosting adds your own domain and up to 1,000 simultaneous logins. The Community Edition is free to self-host. See pricing.
