Is there a free trial?
Yes. Shared and Private Hosting start with a 15-day trial and need no credit card. You get the full platform, and you are only charged if you choose to continue. The Community Edition is separate and free permanently.
Do you charge per user?
No. Registered users are unlimited on every plan. Hosted plans are priced by hosting type, support level and how many people can be logged in at once.
What is the difference between annual and month-to-month pricing?
Billed annually, Shared Hosting is $79 a month and Private Hosting is $249. Month-to-month, they are $99 and $319. Paying annually saves 20 to 22 percent.
Is there nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Registered nonprofit organizations, NGOs and government bodies get 20% off every hosted plan, on top of annual billing, plus a 60-day trial instead of 15 days. See who qualifies and how to claim.
Does Shared Hosting have fewer features?
No. Every hosted plan includes the full LMS. The differences are infrastructure, support and capacity.
What if we outgrow 50 people online on Shared Hosting?
We move you to Private Hosting, which supports up to 1,000 people online at once. Your courses, learners and records come with you.
Can I move from the Community Edition to hosting later?
Yes. Contact us first so we can plan the migration of your data and the capacity you need.

Do you take a cut of course sales?
No. Sell courses and certification programs from your own catalog and keep the revenue. You pay your payment processor's standard card fee; Kprise charges no commission on any plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Hosted plans have no setup fee. The one separate service is connecting a specific AMS or HR system: we scope it during your trial and quote any cost up front.
