Long-form answers are where grading backs up. The AI reads each submission against the rubric you wrote and suggests a score for each criterion with short notes. The instructor reviews, adjusts and approves. The final grade is always theirs.

Instead of building a report, type the question: "Who in the Midwest chapters is out of compliance this month?" MyPass turns it into a query over your own training data, shows the answer as a table you can export, and adds a two-line summary. Once a week it drafts a digest of what changed: new completions, newly overdue learners, and cohorts whose completion rate dropped.

Learners and admins search the catalog, the course content itself and your help articles in plain language. Results match meaning rather than keywords, so "how do I renew" finds the recertification course even though the word "renew" is not in its title. Each result shows the passage that matched, so you can tell before opening it whether it answers the question.

Does AI make the final call on grades or exam integrity?
No. For essays, the AI suggests a score against your rubric and the instructor approves or changes it. For proctored exams, the AI flags moments for review and a person decides what happened. The record shows both the AI suggestion and the final human decision.
Is our course content used to train AI models?
